Buy or rent
Capital equipment can be purchased outright or rented by the day, week or month. Rental suits short-term clinical need, trial before purchase, and home recovery — an oxygen concentrator for a six-week recovery does not need to be bought.
Installed and commissioned
Equipment that needs installing is installed by our engineers, not couriered to a ward. Where staff training is required it is booked alongside the installation.
Warranty, service and AMC
Every unit is registered against its serial number, so warranty status is a lookup rather than a hunt for paperwork. When something needs attention you raise a service request against the equipment itself and we despatch a technician. Annual maintenance contracts cover planned preventive visits and breakdown response.
